Standard booth fee is $330.00 and include an 8x8 space which includes an 8ft table, 1-2 chairs and a wastebasket. Oversize booth areas are available for those vendors that have large display pieces that would require slightly more space than the standard vendor booth area. Should you need power, it is available for $30.00 for the length of the event.

• 7:30am:  Doors open, vendor area available throughout the day with keynotes, plenary sessions and refreshment breaks in this area
• 3:45pm-5:30pm:  Vendor Reception and Information Fair - a special networking and information-sharing social with all participants, speakers and sponsors

• 7:30am:  Doors open, vendor area available throughout the day with keynotes, plenary sessions and refreshment breaks in this area
• 12:30pm:  Sessions end, Summit concludes
• 12:30pm-2:00pm:  Vendor move out time
